AI Keynote Speakers and Workshop Facilitators in Switzerland

We build AI systems for Swiss SMEs, associations and public authorities — and we talk about what actually works on stage, in workshops and at customer events. Practitioners rather than professional speakers: no slideshow about the future, but examples from systems that are running in production.

Formats: from a 15-minute impulse to a full workshop day

Every format serves a different purpose. Tell us how much time you have and who is in the room, and we will propose the right one — even when that means recommending the shorter version.

30–45 minutes

Keynote

Stage talk for conferences, annual meetings and customer events. One clear storyline, a live demo, and a concrete recommendation at the end.

15–20 minutes

Impulse talk

A short opener for executive and board meetings, association events, or as the starting point of a panel discussion.

Half or full day

Workshop

Hands-on work with the participants' own processes: collect use cases, assess them, try real tools. Ideal group size 8–16 people.

2–3 hours

Ideation session

Facilitated search for use cases: where AI pays off in your operation and where it does not. The result is a prioritised list with effort and benefit.

As programmed

Panel & moderation

Participation in panel discussions or moderation of a themed block, including question preparation with your programme team.

Internal

In-house training

Teams and management learn to use AI tools safely: what may go in, what must not, and which outputs always need a human check.

Topics we can speak about because we have built them

Have a different topic on your programme? Tell us what the audience should take away. If we cannot contribute anything substantial, we will say so.

Why this matters for your audience

Our examples come from live projects: the AI chatbot for the Schaffhausen employment office (project JANA, picked up by SECO), the AI-supported emergency service of SSO Section Schaffhausen, and our own products for transcription, telephony and internal AI platforms. Parts of this work are publicly documented through the Swiss business magazine BILANZ and the Commercial Association (Kaufmännischer Verband).

How a booking works

  1. Enquiry — date, location, time slot, audience and preferred format in two sentences. You get an answer within two working days.
  2. Briefing call (20 minutes) — who is in the room, what they already know, what should be different afterwards.
  3. Quote and abstract — a fixed quote plus title, abstract and short bio for your programme and communications.
  4. Tailoring — we rebuild the examples around your industry. On request we speak to two or three participants beforehand.
  5. Delivery and follow-up — the talk or workshop, then slides as PDF and written answers to the questions left open in the room.

Frequently asked questions

What does a talk or workshop cost?

The fee depends on the format, the preparation effort and travel time. After a free briefing call you receive a fixed quote with no hidden items. For associations, municipalities and non-profit events we usually find a workable arrangement.

How much lead time do you need?

Four to six weeks is ideal, because we tailor the examples to your audience. Short-notice requests are possible — if there is not enough time to prepare properly, we decline rather than deliver something generic.

Which languages do you speak?

English and German, Swiss German on request. Handouts can be produced bilingually.

Is this a disguised sales pitch?

No. The talk is vendor-neutral and also names tools that are not ours. We only show our own products if you explicitly want that, for instance at a customer event.

Where do you travel?

Across Switzerland and Liechtenstein, the wider DACH region on request. Remote delivery via Teams, Zoom or Webex is possible, although workshops work far better on site.

May we record the talk?

Yes, by prior arrangement. You receive the slides as a PDF for internal distribution; for public releases we check the material together, because some client examples are confidential.

What do you need technically?

A projector with HDMI or USB-C, sound for video demos, and stable Wi-Fi for live demos where possible. Without internet access we show recorded demos — the talk works either way.

How large can a workshop group be?

Eight to sixteen people works best. For larger groups we either split into sub-groups or recommend a talk format with an extended Q&A.

Planning an event?

Send us the date, the audience and your time slot — you will get an answer with a topic proposal within two working days.
